Outreach

Focused on Ministry to the homeless, hungry and disadvantaged in the Upper Keys

Our Outreach Ministry supports Episcopal Relief & Development, the international relief and development agency of the Episcopal Church of the United States. We have raided and sent money to the people of Haiti and helped organizations guided by the Episcopal Church’s principles of compassion, dignity and generosity as we work to heal a hurting world.

Our programs focus on the following areas:

Alleviating Hunger and Improving Food Supply

Creating Economic Opportunities and Strengthening Communities

Promoting Health and Fighting Disease

Responding to Disasters and Rebuilding Communities

All of our outreach efforts are in line with the Episcopal Relief & Development’s international development programs working toward achieving the eight Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), which aim to cut extreme global poverty in half by 2015.
